§1. Definitions
Terms means these terms of the EagleHost service.
Seller / Service Provider means Dawid Pepliński, conducting business at Armii Krajowej 10A/6, 83-110 Tczew, Poland, NIP: 5932626315, REGON: 387494427.
Client means a natural person, company or other entity using EagleHost services.
Service means web hosting, VPS, domain, SSL, technical configuration or another service available in the EagleHost offer.
§2. General provisions
These Terms define the rules for using services available on the EagleHost website and in the client area. Placing an order means accepting these Terms.
Services are provided electronically. The Client agrees to provide accurate data required for order processing, payment and technical contact.
§3. Scope of services
EagleHost offers services related to website hosting, VPS servers, domains, SSL certificates and internet infrastructure configuration.
The current VPS offer may use infrastructure from external cloud providers, including Hetzner Cloud. The Client buys the service from EagleHost, and EagleHost is responsible for customer support and service configuration according to the order.
§4. Payments and activation
Services are activated after payment is received, unless the description of a specific service states otherwise. Payments may be processed by payment operators available on the website.
For automatically activated services, the Client agrees that service delivery may begin before the withdrawal period expires.
§5. Client obligations
The Client agrees to use the services in accordance with the law, these Terms and network security rules. It is prohibited to use services for spam, phishing, DDoS attacks, malware distribution, copyright infringement or any illegal activity.
§6. Liability
The Client is responsible for content, files, applications and actions performed on ordered services. EagleHost is not liable for damage caused by incorrect configuration on the Client’s side, lost passwords or actions contrary to these Terms.
EagleHost may temporarily restrict or block a service if there is a suspected violation of law, these Terms or infrastructure security.
§7. Complaints and contact
Complaints can be submitted by email to: kontakt@eaglehost.pl. The complaint should include client details, a description of the problem and the order or service number.
§8. Final provisions
These Terms may be changed. The current version is available on the EagleHost website. In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies.
